DESCRIPTION:\nFood and Friends is a volunteer run program that provides del
 icious\, hot meals each Monday evening in St. Michael’s Church hall. The
  cost of a dinner is what guests can afford.\nEach week a dedicated group 
 of individuals help prep and cook the meal\, set up tables\, set place set
 tings\, serve the dinner\, replenish place settings as dinner guests leave
 \, wash dishes and clean the church hall at the end of the evening. While 
 Food and Friends is an outreach program for St. Michaels Anglican Church\,
  Bow Valley organizations such as The Rotary Club\, and students from Canm
 ore Collegiate High School and Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Academy volu
 nteer on a rotating basis.\nLocal business have been regular\, generous do
 nors enabling us to provide between 200-400 meals each week! Canmore Evool
 ution donates vinegar and olive oil for cooking and salad dressings. Each 
 week JK Bakery provides fresh dinner buns and Save on Foods donates a vari
 ety of cookies for dessert.\nAs Food and Friends continues to grow\, we ar
 e always needing volunteers. Please consider joining us. Your presence doe
