1. All bookings require a non - returnable deposit. No deposit, no contract to rent. Depending on nature of the booking(s), please email the church for the scale of fees regarding non - returnable deposits.
2. Cleaning Deposit: $200.00, per rental. This deposit will be returned or cheque shredded if the venue is left in a clean and tidy condition after the rental. This also includes the washrooms.
3. Damage Deposit: $1000.00, per rental. This deposit will be returned or cheque shredded if the venue is left in same condition as you found it, with no damages or breakages..
CHURCH: (91 person capacity)
Our beautiful Historic church is great for services or music recitals.
Rentals: $100.00 per hour. Approval from the Incumbent Priest Is Required First
HALL: (170 person capacity)
Our hall is bright, spacious and perfect for a variety of events. We have hosted a variety of events in our hall including markets, conferences, celebrations of life, wedding receptions, dance lessons and choirs practices to name a few.
Rentals: $100.00, per hour
KITCHEN:
An AHS approved kitchen for food preparation.
Rentals: $75.00, per hour
BOARDROOM
Our Boardroom is set up with a tv and camera for webinars or zoom meetings. The table is set up with seating for 6 with room to add more.
Rentals: $50.00, per hour
MULTIFUNCTION ROOM: (25 person capacity)
Our Multifunction room is equiped with a keyboard, blackboard, chairs and tables. This room has served as a children's room, music lesson room or small presentation room.
Rentals: $50.00, per hour
Charitable Events:
For Charity events which reflect both biblical and Christian values and where all proceeds are given to the said charity - in the first instance, please email the incumbent priest - jesse@stmichaelscanmore.com - for conversations regarding the said charity and possible discounted rates.
