The Reverend Jesse Holland
Incumbent Priest
Jesse hails from the United Kingdom, and since 1985, Jesse has been involved in a number of churches, Christian organisations and chaplaincies.
Prior to studying theology, Jesse worked with British Youth For Christ and during the three years he was with them he sensed a call to ministry. Jesse studied at The London Bible College, Oak Hill Theological College, and Oxford University and holds a BA (Hons) degree in Theological and Pastoral Studies and a M.Th degree in Applied Theology, he is also passionate about exegetical bible teaching.
Jesse was ordained deacon in 1998, and ordained priest in 1999. As well as being a Church of England parish priest, Jesse has also been both a cub scout leader (wood badge), district scout chaplain and college chaplain. In 2024, Jesse entered ministry in the Anglican Church of Canada.
His hobbies include reading, fair weather cycling and mountain biking. He is an avid supporter of Nottingham Forest Football Club (Soccer).
